The volcanic peak of Armaghan is located on the Argitchi plateau, at an altitude of 2828 meters above sea level. From the top, a picturesque view of the pond and the indescribable landscape of the Gegharkunik region and Lake Sevan opens up.
Program of the day:
Morning:
A brief introduction to horses and horse riding rules.
The hike to Mount Armagan starts at a relative altitude of 2100 meters. The climb takes from 1.5 to 2 hours.
At the top:
After the horses have rested, the guests will be introduced to the legend of Mount Armagan.
Considering that it is already morning, an outdoor lunch with pre-prepared buns will be offered.
Daytime:
At the top, guests can take photos, walk, watch and admire the views from the top.
Opportunity to meditate and relax in the silence of the mountains.
After lunch:
In about an hour, the descent back along the same road is planned.
The descent will take about 1.5 hours, along the way you can stop for short breaks to enjoy nature.
Evening:
Return to the starting point, where we will be met by an SUV with guests’ personal belongings, sleeping bags and dinner.
Dinner in the open air, including traditional Armenian dishes: shashlik, salads, fruits and wine.
After dinner, guests can walk around the area, discuss their impressions and enjoy the sounds of nature.
Night:
An evening by the fire with stories and music. The opportunity to watch the stars while enjoying the clean mountain air.
Overnight in tents located in a picturesque place, providing comfortable rest and safety.
